Hosting TMSCA @ Elkins - 21 February 2009

The Elkins tournament will be on February 21 - we need all the help we can get. Invite parents or teachers to help out.

Havern said he might come.

Technically, I said I'd try to come. "Try to" != "might" How much more help do you guys need? Or rather, how much help do you guys have so far?

We have the majority of math club. We need adults to help grade because Mrs.Ward's family isn't coming this year.

What about all the other Elkins alumni? You should be able to find a couple.

I dont think Mrs. Ward's family usually came to help, but I may be mistaken.

Yes you are mistaken my friend. Her husband and/or sons came last year to help out.

Despite the fact that most, if not all, of you probably don't know who she is, I should still inform you that Melinda said that she would be available to help out at the tournament as well. She also said that Tiger will try to come.

On a related note, are we still meeting in Mrs. Ward's room/general vicinity? And what time on the 21st?

On yet another related note, my presence in town that weekend is still uncertain due to transportation reasons. Sorry. I'll tell you guys as soon as I get something definitive.

Well, for most of the meeting we were doing grunt work (organizing tests and trophies, making answer keys etc.), signing up for jobs, and deciding what food to bring. If I remember correctly, Mrs. Ward said be at Elkins by 7:00AM. Unfortunately, thats all I seem to remember. I guess you'll have to sign up for jobs after arriving tomorrow unless you PM someone now and ask.
