I ripped all the trick pages from math-magic.com and organized in a handy folder.
Note: I omitted some tricks which I felt were too basic, if you feel the need to refer back to the basics, go to
math-magic.com and look them up.
Note: I havent uploaded the file yet. Maichael, can file be uploaded here?

You can try the upload button, or upload to rapidshare (which is what I usually do)
