So, I infected every person in the world, shut down all hospitals, have two permanently migrating ships, and still nobody has died. My infectious agent (Death) is benign.

Deaths work strangely in that game. It took multiple organ failure before I managed a kill.

In that round, my disease started killing as soon as I instituted my first symptom (a Level Four). In the next round, it took five serious symptoms before my disease became deadly. Go figure.

It's almost impossible to win if you don't start off on/get an island early in the game. And yes, it is kinda hard to kill people. Sometimes. Also, it sorta seems like you should get points for killing people, but you don't.
