Bragging Rights
Maybe we should have a test each month, to see who can score highest in the club, and what our rankings are. Thoughts?

Speaking of which, you should probably be cautious of discouraging "weaker" members. If someone consistently ranks low, he/she might start getting discouraged.

One possible modification would be to have some sort of award/reward for the highest score and one for the person who shows the highest percentage improvement from one week to the next.
