Calculator poll

I need your opinions.

HP is faster for calculator tests, TI is better for general math.

I know about that for contests. I just wanted to know what everyone perfered to use at any given time.

Not necessarily, HPs serve a different purpose than their TI counter parts.

There isn't much of a difference between the TIs for math. HP32 was before our time (Havern prefers it tho)

Wait, why did people vote for the TI-83+ and TI-84+ over the silver edition???

I use 83+ and 33s. The 33s for the punch-ins and the 83's for whatever program/graphing i may need.

I preferred the HP32 for calculator tests simply because I didn't want to have to relearn all the muscle memory/key placements for the 33. For general use though, the 33 is superior, if only for the built-in scientific constants. Oh, and it's shinier.

I'm neutral about TIs. The parentheses get annoying rather quickly though.

Exatcly. It truely depends on what you feel natural with.

oh that reminds me...I was thinking of making a RPN calculator in JavaScript. There's a TI emulator, just need a RPN one also.
