Guidelines

Post by Mushal on Wed Sep 24, 2008 3:04 pm

This I say unto ye:

Thou shalt stay on-topic outside of the spam forum.

Thou shalt not insult each other on any forum.

Thou shalt not flame.

Thou shalt not use any language you wouldn't use around me in person.

Thou shalt become familiar with the edit button and refrain from double-posting.

Thou shalt not report posts frivolously, but only when necessary.

Thou shalt not complain if you are warned or if your post is deleted by a mod. Mods do not do such things frivolously.

Thou shalt inform more math club members about the forums and get them to join.

Thou shalt acquire (with permission) more emoticons for the forums.

Go forth and do great works.

There have been way too many off-topic posts in threads for serious discussion. from now on, I will delete without warning any posts that are way off-topic, except in the spam forum.

Also, please choose usernames that are non-offensive and reflect your real life name, as this is a forum for Mu Alpha Theta and Math Club Smile
