Re: Farewell
Ok, wow, I posted this and then didnt say anything.
Michael:
You have been a very good friend of mine since my first day at Elkins. Good luck at UTA - I know you'll go far!
You really did a lot for the club this year, such as setting up this forum and promoting the club at meetings. The one and only contest you went to in high school, you did well in, considering Clements, Klein, Dulles, and Seven Lakes were there. I only wish you had been to more contests, as I feel that you could have been a major player in the club with a bit more practice.
Aside from Math, without you, the Computer Science team will take a bit hit. You consistently recieve the highest written score from Elkins and I'm sure you are a major player in your programming team. Thank you for all the programs/forumwork you have done for the Math Club this year. You will be missed!
Zhenzheng:
Good luck at Renessalaer (Did I spell that right? =P). I know you'll do well there. You became more active in Math club this year, however, the main area you shone in was Computer Science. The computer science team will also take a big hit for losing you. I'm sure you will make many new friends at Renessalaer. You will also be greatly missed!
Jonathan:
I know you're a part of this forum, but you're not in math club =P. I will sneak a word in for you though. You're a great guy to work with, and I'm very happy to have had the opportunity to get to know you better this year as a member of your programming team. You were fun to hang out with at those contests, and I'll surely miss your presence on the team.
Good Luck at UT!
To all the other Seniors ( Tiffany, Fang, Ariel, Erin, Claudia, Keli)
I'm not sure whether you guys are on this forum, so I'll do this in bulk. Although you guys didnt have the highest scores on the team, you still played an important role (contrary to what others may say). You guys kept morale up, helped out at the Elkins tournament, and went to the required number of tournaments. I enjoyed hanging out with all of you guys at math tournaments~~. Good luck wherever you guys may be going! I'm sure you all will be successful!
